  • Any information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will not use this website for any unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose.

  • You will not interfere with the operation or security of this website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

3. Product Availability

All products displayed on this website are offered subject to availability.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure stock availability shown on our website is accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur.

If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options, which may include:

  • Waiting for new stock to arrive.

  • Choosing an alternative product.

  • Receiving a partial shipment where appropriate.

  • Cancelling the affected item or your order in full.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, any payment taken for unavailable items will be refunded using your original payment method.

4. Product Information

We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and technical information published on this website are accurate at the time of publication.

However, we continually develop and improve our products. As a result, we reserve the right to make changes to product specifications, dimensions, packaging, markings, documentation and design without prior notice, provided those changes do not materially affect the intended function or performance of the product.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Whilst every effort is made to accurately represent each product, colours and appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, screen settings or ongoing manufacturing improvements.

If we discover an error relating to a product description, specification or pricing, we reserve the right to correct that error at any time.

Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Where a pricing error has occurred due to a typographical mistake, technical issue or system malfunction, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

6. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After your order has been submitted, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order.

A legally binding contract is only formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch where:

  • A product is unavailable.

  • Payment cannot be authorised.

  • Pricing or product information contains an obvious error.

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

  • We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control.

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded in full using the original payment method.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before goods are dispatched.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payments are processed securely using trusted third party payment providers.

Navitas does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

8. Delivery

Our delivery services are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our Shipping Policy.

We will make every reasonable effort to dispatch your order within the timescales stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, courier disruption, industrial action, traffic delays or other events outside our control.

Further information regarding dispatch times, delivery charges, delivery areas and courier services can be found within our Shipping Policy.

9. Title and Risk

Ownership of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order or, where you have instructed the courier to leave your parcel in a nominated safe place or with a neighbour, once delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.

Where a safe place has been authorised by you, delivery shall be deemed complete once the parcel has been left in the nominated location and photographic proof of delivery may be provided by the courier.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@navitascp.co.uk or calling 01656 488004.

Whilst we will always try to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered our fulfilment process or has been collected by our courier.

Where cancellation is possible, any payment received will be refunded using the original payment method.

Your statutory rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.
